Le Conserve della Nonna: Pere al Vino
Ingredients: 1 kg
. Pear
1 lemon
1 / 4 sweet red wine
200 gr. sugar bowl

some glass jars
Preparation:
Halve the pears already washed and peeled. Leave to infuse for 1 hour with the lemon juice and grated rind of half a lemon. Boil the sweet wine in a saucepan and sugar, stirring for 7 minutes, add the pears and lemon juice. Cook the pears over medium heat, until they soften. Achieved this stage, pour into jars and let cool.
Close tightly and store in a cool dry place.
