The actual diet, as for me, started yesterday, because yesterday I started to attend the aerobics class at the gym, which leads me a. ..:

Intervention Today is a good review on AVON cream that I bought long time ago when I was still representative and my response was excellent.
This is a hand and nail cream with glycerine and vitamin E. I'm not sure that still sell, but to my knowledge, offer variations that are very similar, and then extend this review to other hand creams from Avon who say they contain glycerin and vitamin E.

According to me, and all the people to whom I paid, this cream is excellent. The scent is pleasant, and leaves your hands nice and soft and protected.

How Does Light Whitening Work

My good intentions for the new year

Hey everyone!
The year 2011 has started and I still have to compile my list of resolutions for the new year .. Ups! Now I place immediately remedy. ;)

1) lose weight. I'm not talking tens of pounds, why not consider myself fat, but 4 or 5 kg less convenient and would make me feel better about myself. I do not mean impossible diets, but proper nutrition with physical activity: I can not wait to go back to follow my beloved program at the gym!

2) Spend less money for tricks. not to lower the quality of the products they use .. Absolutely not! .. I just do not buy more products moooolto similar if not identical: PE even keep track of the money they spend, but I see it difficult to achieve.

3) Clean more often my makeup brush.

4) Continue to take care of my skin and my hair.

5) Speaking of hair ... Let them grow, grow eeee .. Growing!

6) engage more with the school, especially in view of maturity. : S

7) not ruin it with him.
