Diet, diet, diet .. That obsession!

Good evening girls (and boys if any),
reading lists of good intentions of the other bloggers, I noticed that indeed, most of us, including: lose weight / lose weight / tone up my body etc. .
Since I wrote it myself in my list, I thought, why do not all share as much as I am working on my weight loss, writing tips or tricks that work with me and an occasional update?! :) How nice idea I think .. Let me know what you think!

The actual diet, as for me, started yesterday, because yesterday I started to attend the aerobics class at the gym, which leads me a. ..:
